PLACING AN ORDER 
What happens next? 

When you place an order through our website we will send your confirmation to the email address provided at checkout,  please check current lead times before placing your order.  

When your order is then ready for despatch our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. The day prior to delivery you will receive a 3 hour delivery window and a link to track your order online. The delivery team will also contact you by telephone 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to arriving at the delivery address. Please check your contact details are correct so that we, or our delivery team can contact you if needed. 

We offer a free two-man delivery service on all of our products, the delivery drivers will not require any assistance. Where possible we will always try to deliver your item personally. 

If you need to contact us before we get in touch please feel free to do so at any point on either the telephone number or email address found at the bottom of our homepage or via our social media pages, links for which can be found at the top of our homepage.

All of our dining tables are delivered as two seperate packages, the table top and the boxed table legs, this is to allow for transportation and ease of access into your home. Holes are pre drilled and fixings are provided, the table will just need to be assembled using a drill if possible or screwdriver. Benches will be delivered already assembled.
